America's Cup row set to go back to court
BERNE, Switzerland (Reuters) - Holders Alinghi are
preparing to go back to court after again failing to reach
agreement with rivals BMW Oracle over the timing of the next
America's Cup. The Swiss and American teams held a meeting at
Alinghi's Geneva nautical society (SNG) base on Wednesday but
were unable to agree on a date for staging the one-off series
ordered by a New York judge in November.

| Alinghi file for court ruling on America's Cup date
BERNE, Switzerland (Reuters) - Holders Alinghi have gone
through with their plan to take American challengers BMW Oracle
back to court for a final ruling on the dates for the next
America's Cup. After failing to reach agreement with their
rivals at a meeting in Geneva on Wednesday, the Swiss outfit
have formally requested a hearing with the same New York judge
who in November ordered the two teams to face off in a
best-of-three series.
